Welcome to the Marine Corps Aviation Association (MCAA) John Glenn Squadron website.
The MCAA is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote and recognize professional excellence in Marine Corps aviation, support the fraternal bond of its membership, preserve Marine Corps aviation heritage, and safeguard the future of Marine Corps aviation through awards programs, events, and publications.
MCAA National was formed in November 1971 as a reorganization of the First Marine Aviation Force Veterans' Association. Our Squadron, a 501(c)(19) veterans' organization, was chartered by MCAA National in January 2005 at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Maryland to foster and encourage the relationship between Marine Corps aviation, the Naval aviation Acquisition and Test communities, our industry partners, and the local community.
